Pada suatu pagi Pak Pandir telah pergi ke klinik kesihatan kerana ingin mengadu dan bertanyakan masalahnya..
apabila tiba disana..
Pak Pandir mengadu pada pegawai kesihatan:
"Doktor.. doktor kata kalau pakai itu kondom..Mak Andih saya tak boleh beranak..tapi selepas saya pakai dia beranak juga..sudah berduyun-duyun anak saya..
Tanya pegawai kesihatan:
"Pakcik pakai kondom itu dengan cara yang betul ke tak ?"
Pak Pandir pun menjawab:
"Saya pakai betul pada tempatnya..cuma saya ini kan orang Islam..bila saya tengok kondom itu tidak bersunat..saya pun sunatkanlah..
Tanya pegawai kesihatan:
"Pulak!" sambil tepuk dahi..
gile besar kondom dia ! haha..
